For door-to-door delivery, the expected delivery times are as follows:

• 1 to 3 working days for major areas such as Pretoria, Johannesburg, and Durban.
• 3 to 5 working days for outlying and rural areas.

For collections directly from our store, the designated location is at 165 Orion Avenue, Waterkloof Ridge, Pretoria.

In the unlikely event, email photos of the allergic reaction and the jewellery to shop@purple-carrot.co.za for evaluation. You will be informed of the outcome and arrangements will be made if you have a valid claim.
